2010 Rates:

• Prices subject to change without notice. 
• Please add 7% sales tax,  6% room occupancy tax
• Off season rates: 35% discount  May 28-June 25 and after Labor Day
• A 50% nonrefundable cash deposit is required to secure a reservation.  Payment-in-full is expected 14 days prior to check-in and may be made with credit card.
• A $50 processing fee will be charged for late final payment or will result in loss of reservation.
• Cancellations are subject to 100% of the reservation rental.  If we are able to re-rent, you will receive 70% of the re-rented price.
• Arrival for check-in is between 3 and 6 pm.  If  later arrival is anticipated, please call to notify office staff so special arrangements can be made.  Early check-in is not available.  Check-out is 11 am. 
• All of our rooms are non-smoking.  A $50 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this rule.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
